Dukan Angel Food Cake

Ingredients:

  • 100 grams of cornstarch
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 4 tablespoons of sweetener
  • 80 grams of powder milk
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 10 drops almond flavor
  • 2 teaspoons cream of tartar
  • 12 egg whites
Instructions:
  1. Put the egg whites in a large bowl along with a pinch of salt and cream of tartar and beat until stiffs, add the sweetener and flavor.
  2. In another bowl mix the powder milk, cornstarch and vanilla and stir the mixture to the egg whites gradually, stirring with a spatula gently from the bottom up.
  3. Pour the mixture into a ring mold, preferably cut out a piece of parchment paper and resting on the bottom of the mold according to the shape. Bake in preheated oven at 150 degrees C (300F) for 30-40 minutes.
  4. At the end it should have a brown color and be spongy to the touch.
