Dukan Milanese Omelet

  •     6 eggs,
  •     1 zucchini,
  •     1 bunch green onions,
  •     1 green pepper,
  •     2 tablespoons cheese 0.2% fat,
  •     salt and pepper


  1.     Peel the vegetables, finely chop onions, peppers and zucchini, diced.
  2.     Sauté vegetables in pan with 2-3 tablespoons of water until tender.
  3.     Separately, beat eggs with cheese and season with salt and pepper.
  4.     Add the beaten eggs over the vegetables and pour mixture into a pan.
  5.     Put the pan in the preheated oven at 180 degrees C (350 F) for about 15 minutes.
