Dukan Proscuitto Wrapped Asparagus with Egg

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound fresh asparagus
  • 4 pieces prosciutto, ham, or bacon
  • Salt and pepper
  • 4 eggs
Instructions:
  1. Heat oven to 400 F. Trim the asparagus and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Divide the asparagus into four servings. Wrap each with a piece of prosciutto (ham or bacon).
  3. Place the wrapped bundles onto baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
  4. During the last 5 minutes of cooking, cook 4 eggs over easy in a skillet to serve on top.
