Dukan Tuna Tart

  •     4 eggs
  •     160 grams tuna canned in water, drained well
  •     6 tablespoons milk powder
  •     2 tablespoons cornstarch
  •     4 tablespoons oat bran
  •     1 pinch of baking powder
  •     1 tablespoon yogurt with 0.1% fat
  •     6 tablespoons milk with 0.1% fat
  •     salt
  •     spices to taste


  1.     Mix in a bowl the milk powder, corn starch, oat bran, baking powder, salt and spices.
  2.     To this mixture add the egg yolks beaten with a pinch of salt and then add the well drained tuna.
  3.     Mix the egg white with a pinch of salt.
  4.     Mix the composition of tuna add yolks with egg whites and stir gently until smooth
  5.     In a paper lined baking tray, pour the mixture obtained and placed in preheated oven at 180 degrees C (350F) for about 30 minutes.
