Dukan Vanilla Cream

  •     300 ml of milk
  •     3 egg yolks
  •     1 tablespoon cornstarch
  •     vanilla
  •     sweetener


  1.     Mix the egg yolks with sweetener and starch.
  2.     Boil the milk in a saucepan.
  3.     When the milk is hot, add one tablespoon over yolks, one at a time, mixing well after each, about 5 tablespoons are enough.
  4.     Pour the remaining hot milk over the yolks, stirring constantly.
  5.     Put the egg yolks and milk mixture back into the saucepan and turn the heat back on.
  6.     Simmer constantly until you get a cream mayonnaise consistency.
  7.     Add vanilla and stir a little longer until it cools down.
  8.     Pour the cream into a bowl and cover with plastic wrap to avoid scab over.
  9.     Keep in the refrigerator until served.
