Ingredients:

  1. Instructions:
    Cut the bun in half and brown it in the oven for 3-5 minutes.
    Rub the bun halves with garlic.
    Saute the spinach in a pan for 5 minutes.
    On the bun halves put a slice of smoked salmon, 2 tablespoons of spinach and then egg.
    Season with salt and pepper and garnish with basil.
