Dukan Ham Wrapped Scallops

  • Scallops
  • Thinly sliced, lowfat ham
  • Salt and pepper


  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  2. Rinse scallops in cold water, then pat dry with a paper towel.
  3. Slice ham lengthwise to create small strips.
  4. Wrap each scallop with a thin strip of ham and place on a lined baking tray.
  5. Secure ham by tucking the ends under the scallop, or skewering them with a toothpick.
  6. Once all the scallops are covered, sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  7. Bake for 15 min or until browned and crispy.
  8. Serve warm.
