Dukan Salty Pancakes

  • 6 tablespoons oat bran
  • 300g yogurt  0.1% fat
  • 2 eggs
  • salt
  • pepper


  • 150 grams low-fat cheese
  • 200 grams prepared beef
  • fresh dill
  • salt
  • basil, thyme, oregano.


  1. Place the oat bran a deep dish.
  2. Stir the yogurt, the eggs, the salt and the pepper.
  3. Stir really well then leave 10 minutes to swell dragged .
  4. Place a baking sheet in the pan  and put 1/3 of the composition.
  5. Bake 5 minutes on low heat
  6. Replaced the baking sheet with every pancake
